Pros

Great discount on products and the free spa voucher is a nice gift for employees.

Cons

Constant pressure of being watched by management and being made to approach customers who clearly don’t want to engage in conversation (which is their right). Every shift started with a focus which often involved some sort of points scoring game which felt childish and immature. You could’ve made a massive sale that day and genuinely worked hard, but if you didn’t have any points on the board for the game you would be viewed as not making an effort.

Discounts, we got 50% off of most items

Cons

Unhygienic, stressful, money hungry, fear monger. Unprofessional managers both as an employee and customer. Never experienced such low life conditions, manager brought in animal multiple times in store, and made staff clean its pee. Customers were floored, inexcusable and HR is unresponsive. The bathroom is disgusting, and inaccessible. I cannot imagine any one with a physical disability being able to use the restroom. It was so difficult to suck in your stomach, then trip on box after box. They BLOCK the fridge and made us put our food in our tiny lockers. Manager is too comfortable with the amount of time spent within the company to ever fear facing any consequences or repercussions. Even fired staff in the past for contacting HR for help.
