      Pros

      Luno has a great way of looking after it's employees by creating a welcoming environment and friendly culture. The benefits you receive working at Luno are quite lovely and thoughtful.

      Cons

      I think that more open communication regarding salaries and somewhat of a clear path in terms of progression in the company would help in today's workplace. A clear direction or path as well as incentives to push harder would be awesome.

      Great Culture miss everyone in ZA and the US.
