Love my co-workers. That's all the good things I have to say, but there is a 20 word minimum, so I have to write more.
Cons
I really wish I had something good to say. I hope I don't come off as bitter, or just a pissed off employee. That's really not the case. I am giving my honest opinion, hoping that either management will see what they are doing wrong and fix it, or save the next poor soul who is researching the company before accepting a job. Spoiler alert: Take your talent elsewhere where it will be recognized. The company is a circus. Management sucks. They are so unorganized that even the simplest tasks are impossible. They hire people with talent, who are good in their field, but then they won't let them do what they were hired to do. They micromanage and do whatever the hell they wanted to do anyways. Then they wonder why everyone leaves and goes elsewhere. Management makes promises, but never follow through. Human Resources is a joke. Only company that I have worked for where you have to beg for your own pay stubs to see how your pay is being calculated.
