Bonus if you are on time and consistency bonuses if you can work 10 days in a row.
Cons
They took away the daily surges which were a great incentive. Some routes are far away and you are not given a bonuses. Occasionally restaurants aren't prepared and you aren't compensated for waiting. They redid their pay structure and it is not good for the driver
