Pros
Not much to recommend. Some very good people. Pay was acceptable. Benefits were good until the company turned all HR over to ADP Total Source.
Cons
Too many to list. Chinese management (owned by Sanan Optoelectronics) initially seemed like a good idea. Huge company with large resources. But the team put in place knows absolutely nothing about leadership of a Western team.
