Not a lot of room to grow, the mean HR girl ran the place and not well

The product is great quality.

Upper management has no experience/ idea about the products sales cycle. They don’t value employees or customers and the culture is toxic. Turnover is the highest I’ve ever seen and goals are unrealistic.
