Cons
Leaders shield themselves from criticism and unwilling to make adjustments. Use layoffs as a frequent tool to clean out those who are not the problem. Support and mentorship for growth is non-existent. Address systemic complaints with band-aids that don't solve issues. Keep out of touch and toxic leaders and get rid of people who raise issues that might endanger their control.
