Challenging and interesting job, requires very skilled people. The company is adapting fast to the brazilian way. The work culture is improving and work colleagues are great and very respectful.
Cons
The company still has very few benefits when compared to others in companies in the area. There's a huge descrepancy in salaries between the company and people with same titles. Management sometimes can be hostile between them, which causes a morale issue in the team.
