      Pros

      New local focus in Qwest markets will pay dividends. They are turning the corner in terms of making that happen.

      Cons

      Still very stilted in terms of how they manage territories and accounts. They still face tough competition from a cost stand point and it is difficult for them to compete with their cost structure.

      Easy to learn, manageable schedule, supportive management

      Cons

      Changes in systems with many malfunctions, confusing workflows, policies set with little guidance (like figure it out yourself)

      Pros

      Good pay, great benefits, great people to work with, boss is great, etc.

      Cons

      Company is undergoing transformation, so it's a bit chaotic. Have to work with old stuff and new stuff at the same time. Hopefully that will change as we transform further.
