- Met some lovely colleagues - Learnt a lot but this was from teaching myself and learning as you go, as there is next to no training or handover - Personal development as this company makes you learn how to cope in a challenging and difficult environment

- No training - No role models - No growth or payrise opportunities - Unhealthy, unhappy working environment - Revolving door of staff - you’re signing a leaving card every week - The company massively undervalues the staff - Working unpaid overtime is expected and praised - people are working all hours of the night - No flexibility or benefits - Lots of work for nothing in return - No diversity whatsoever
