People are generally nice and chill, unlimited PTO, decent pay, you get discounts on products and a free mattress after working there for half a year.
Cons
No sense of direction from leaders. Leaders are made up of Gen X people who are not receptive to new ideas. They coasted on the spending boom of the pandemic and thought it was because of their ideas. The business is e-commerce but the ideas for improving the website were so outdated because, honestly, the leaders at this company don't know what makes a good e-comm website. They are stuck doing things the "old way" while wanting to grow. That's why they laid off 70% of the workforce and the CEO stepped down. I tell everyone not to buy a Lull mattress because of how disgustingly they performed layoffs. Do not trust your manager if you work here.
