      Remote work, great pay and compensation, the ability to make an impact to the company, everyone is super nice, great work/life balance

      Remote work and a laptop.

      Cons

      No sick days. No bereavement. PTO accrues so slowly that you can barely use it. No culture, team meetings, no advancement or growth. Payroll is late
