Pros
The company culture is great with everybody really working together as a team helping each other to find the best possible solution to whatever task is at hand. Good work environment as well and a real emphasis on giving me whatever tools I need to be able to be successful in both my current role as well as whatever lies ahead.
Cons
Just the classic problems a scale up company can have but that isn't necessarily a con. There is a real emphasis on doing the right thing rather than what is expected and if that takes a little bit longer the company is willing to try out different things.
