Pros
Leadership is great and understands the space very well. They are making the right moves to unseat other competitors within our account base. The comp plans are enabling and allow reps to meet and exceed quota. Company culture is incredible. High performance is expected, but I have never been demeaned or talked down to by management. Management admits mistakes when they mess up and commits to do better. Then they execute.
Cons
Both a pro and a con - company is VERY frugal. Be prepared to roll your eyes occasionally at some of the cost savings measures or non-lavish expenditures (comparatively speaking) but also watch how many other companies lay off in masses where Lucid never has. Selling this software is both a bottoms up and tops down motion, can take awhile to get deals done.
