Working at Luce SG has been challenging due to perceived cronyism in management. Certain employees appear to receive preferential treatment, which affects team morale and creates an uneven work environment. This has made it difficult for others to feel valued and treated fairly. Greater transparency, consistent standards, and equal opportunities for all staff would significantly improve the workplace culture.

The commission at first was good, but when they started to have incompetent leader and corrupt, that's when the office drama started.

There are no leadership development and pure mismanagement. I worked long time ago when they just started, but I am glad I left. I was able to hone my skills and personal development trainings.
