Surveys and feedback are not listened to or actioned. Bonus structure is set unachievably too high and this unmotivated the team. Colleagues no longer want to help each other as we are all out for their own bonusses. Metrics and performances are not shared regularly and if they are it's with an email. Email communications from the board remain the main stream which isn't good at portraying their vision or thoughts. Only positive feedback is discussed - negative feedback is not listened to. Team leads take feedback onboard and pass it up to senior staff who have the power to make changes, however those who can make changes don't. Benefits in certain markets are not equal to other markets, nor comparable within the market. Matrix structure has not worked. These changes have lead to unvomited teams, there's poor communication between teams and this has resulted in issues throughout the customer journey.
