Pros
The products are high quality and help develop customer loyalty.
Cons
Chronic staffing issues exacerbated by poor and unprofessional management result in low store morale, store operations inefficiency, and confusion/frustration. Employee turnover is very high especially for a store with such a small team. Be prepared to do tasks outside of what you interviewed for. Management is adverse to emailing and instead prefers texts and is not responsive to concerns, no real sense of urgency. Events/new products/schedule changes/system changes/campaigns are not communicated in advance. When they are it is very last minute often resulting in confusion and frustration. Scheduling does not provide work life balance and requests are treated as "favors". Despite company growth there is no career growth or training, again exacerbated by poor management. The interview process does not feel as if the company values the candidates time or the time of current employees. As the company is based in the UK they do not seem to understand US labor laws and employees often need to provide feedback to rectify company errors/violations.
