      You work with great people. The company cares about it's employees. Lots of company events. Descent pay.

      Cons

      Better than most companies you can work for in northeast ohio, but in absolute terms, a typical boring slow growth industrial company.

      Pros

      - Lots of job opportunities because so many have left! - Pay and benefits are generally competitive with the market - Lots of location options within manufacturing

      Cons

      - Upper Management / LELT is completely out of touch with the plants - The HR organization is a dumpster fire; so much has been outsourced that HR struggles to perform basic tasks for employees - There are so many silo'd corporate organizations now and none of them work together or effectively coordinate with the plants
