Lox has been a wonderful company starting out! It is a great place for people willing to learn, grow and challenge themselves daily. The management team is very present for everyone which positively impacts time management, and internal communication. The team is full of talented and good-hearted people and everyone is treated as a person, not as an employee. Lox cherishes diversity and employee wellbeing is woven into the fabric of the company's values. It is definitely one of the safest place i've worked at. The vibe is very multicultural, young, positive and fun! The company hosts regular team building events, sports challenges and beautiful birthday surprises for everyone. As the company is growing, there are more and more opportunities to grab!

Not really a con but because Lox is growing, there are a lot of changes that happen fairly frequently so you will have to be able to adapt to this kind of environment.
