Pros

Good place to move up at. Some nice co-workers and mangers. Good benefits.

Cons

Shady pay contracts. Some managers will get you fired if you the type who is honest and some will expect you to break ABC laws to help make bonuses. Was told by several employees that let and are still there that they will try to low ball you on pay contracts and I know this based off what one driver told me they made versus the other that took that same route over. Also, some decision makers have gone out of their way to hide certain thing from the president of the company. I know this because I had other managers there tell me these things. A lot of back stabbing with upper managers and talking about each other like school kids. Not very professional at all with some of them.

Pros

Lower level workers are all great. Everyone from the line cleaners to drivers to warehouse are all good people. The work sucks so it's good to have good people next to you. You also get to try a lot of beer.

Cons

Everything else sucks. The fleet is falling apart and doesn't even pass DOT inspections. When something happens, it's not the company's fault for not buying new equipment, it's the driver's fault. All upper level supervisors are inept and out of touch with what actually happens in the field. Human resources manager is a joke and she acts like she doesn't understand English when you ask questions. The president will yell at employees when he doesn't get his way. Not to mention, the president gets mobile detailing on his personal CARS in the company yard. This is after the company hasn't been able to give raises in years.
