High talent density, incredibly smart individuals who are passionate about the product. The pace is fast, but it has to be to compete. The product never stagnates and we ship at an unreal rate. Company growth is steady but intentional. Company values are lived on a daily basis. On top of that, it's a lot of fun!

New regions (US, London) are not as developed as Stockholm HQ (lags behind in amenities, benefits, culture) but company is working on it. Fast paced means making your own boundaries, the company won't make them for you (there is always work to be done). Biggest con is that I didn't join a year ago!

Lovable is one of the best companies I’ve ever worked at. The speed is insane. People ship constantly. There’s no process theater or politics. If you like autonomy, ownership, and actually doing the work instead of talking about the work, it’s an incredibly energizing environment. The company genuinely embraces AI leverage internally. ICs have massive impact. One person can move projects that would require entire teams at larger companies. The culture rewards builders, curiosity, speed, and initiative. Also, people care deeply about the product and users. This is not a “rest and vest” environment. Everyone is extremely engaged.

This environment is definitely not for everyone. The pace is intense and can feel chaotic if you prefer stability, clear swim lanes, or lots of structure. Things change constantly. Roles evolve quickly. You need to be comfortable with ambiguity and adapting in real time.
