      Pros

      Well respected company.. as a ft employee you experience all the benefits you need. Vacation and health plus 401k. it great.

      Cons

      Part time employees are not held so highly... the commission is somewhat stingy.. the company sales are through the roof, yet the wealth is not shared.. 30 mins lunch after 8 hr shift.
