      There is no positives to working here

      Cons

      Literally the worst job I have ever had. Pisspoor management who go out of their way to ignore problems that employees raise in the hopes that it will go away (surprise, it doesn’t!) No support/training from superiors they expect you to just suffer at the start. DO NOT WORK HERE!

      Pros

      Lotus looks out for each of its employees. They trust you to do your work while not micromanaging. The pay is solid.

      Client sometimes is not the best to work with, on your feet most of the time, low raises, review process unfair
