Great work culture. I feel at home here, and the ability to taste different wines daily is a plus.
The people here are very intelligent, good at what they do, and friendly.

Cons
Long hours (typical of any start-up though)
Missing a lot of infrastructure, so some teams have difficulty balancing day-to-day tasks that could (and probably should) be automated with the long-term projects that will help the company grow.
High turnover in recent months, but that seems to have calmed down.
