Great place for all entry levels.
Cons
1. Sadly there's no room for growth. The company is bent on building their CV(hiring people from renowned companies) by constantly hiring new people especially the Exec. Team when they could simply promote the talents already existing in the company. 2. There's no job security. You could loose your job anytime without even warning 3. No work Life balance. You end up working extra hours and there's no compensation plan put in place. 4. Poor financial planning whatsoever. Too much role duplication only for one person to earn Z amount and the other to earn A with benefits on top. Two ends of the same rope kind of salary. 5. Too many meetings discussing the same things repeatedly resulting to less time of actually implementing. 6. No concern for those least in the chain. Their opinions do not matter
