      -Great coworkers -New additions to management and admin are massive improvements. -Creative outlet -Diverse patron base -Never the same day twice!

      Cons

      -Safety concerns at Main Branch. Admin didn’t seem interested in addressing staff complaints about these issues until a patron was stabbed in the computer lab. -Never feels like there’s enough staff.

      They are very understanding and easy to work with! You get all of the benefits of working in the public sector.

      Cons

      It’s open to the public and you cannot deny access to the building, thus it can be somewhat dangerous.

      Great staff and community is wonderful

      Cons

      Administration is petty and talks badly about staff, their managers and the public. Safety concerns are not addressed. Toxic atmosphere.
