As the company grows, it needs to develop more streamlined process of development, implementation, quality systems, and such. Not a negative, but an area of improvement.

The work environment has been designed to enable creativity with beanbags and open workspace. -Small and tight knit team -A day in the office never feels like work. There is such a passion in the office that everyday feels exciting, and innovative.

-The team is small, but they are still early stage and growing (can be a pro or con) -There is no ping pong table in the office, but there are rumors of getting a couple VR systems installed.
