      The pay is decent and so are benefits.

      Cons

      The hours are ridiculous. Management is a joke and no one respects you. If you have a family this place isn’t for you. No overtime pay but expect you to work 12-18 hours a day

      extremely toxic work environment literally 0 training misleading communication about job roles will fire you if you speak up about work issues
