Pros
Never thought I’d one day be a technical recruiter but it’s been one of the best decisions I’ve made. I have full control of how I want to spend my day and the kind of work I do. It’s a very flexible work environment and I love the 4-day work week we get.
I love all my colleagues: everyone is intelligent, supportive, thoughtful and brings their own unique work and life experience to the role. Even when the day gets tough (cos hiring is hard work), I get the full support of the team and they make me love going to work everyday.
The company is very generous. We get good budget for learning & development, as well as for equipments / hardware like phone and laptop etc. We’ve also been pretty spoiled with some very special team lunches and dinners.
Cons
Recruitment is hard work. The job comes with a lot of ups and downs, and at times it can be quite stressful. The support I get from my manager and colleagues does help in those stressful times.
