A small handful of coworkers are nice. Convenient downtown location by Yorkville. Close to subway, parking and transit. Job responsibilities are comfortable.
Cons
Everything else. Lack of process and procedures. No proper HR department. Toxic management from all departments. A lot of gossip and gaslighting. Most of time is spent mitigating unnecessary drama created from unqualified management personnel. Below average benefits, pay and culture. Over promises and doesn’t deliver. Constant threat to your job security and well being. Not a place to work if you’re looking for growth or opportunities. There’s so many other things to warn about. Writing this review because honestly the reviews are inflated to make this place look better and it will mislead people. Don’t waste your time and look somewhere else. Got out of there as soon as I can.
