Very Self-starting and hard to get up and going

There isn't anything that Longhorn Leasing (now Housing Scout) does that is more admirable or more spectacular than any other leasing company. No notable pros.

FIrst and foremost, Housing Scout is known for not compensating their agents fairly. They aid in helping students get their license but after that, they are very hands off and let you do the dirty work while they reap in most of the commission. One time, my broker even asked my if I had my license after almost a year and a half of working there. There are way too many students for the few brokers to manage and this is because they aren't necessarily looking for quality as for quantity of students to bring in as much money for them as possible. The bottom line is, this is a company that doesn't care for their people.
