      Pros

      There was a broker in every office

      Cons

      Agents split was extremely for benefits. Agents paid for everything from marketing to signs to printing . No leads provided Yet agent paid 30c on the dollar with little to show for it. This is true of any traditional broker not just L&F

      Pros

      Long history in the DMV, knowledgeable leadership, most all who have been agents themselves, welcoming atmosphere, teamwork encouraged, terrific admin

      Cons

      They have been hiring too many agents to keep up sales volume to compete with Compass who has lured away many of our top agents. This has taken away some of the appeal of the "hands on" local brokerage

      Great managing broker training. Great new agent training. Very comprehensive compared to others.

      Cons

      commission only but with great training, you can go on to be successful.
