I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Long & Foster
Interview
Initially the recruiter was very helpful and responsive. I genuinely enjoyed chatting with her and the team (2nd interview). I felt like it went well and that I answered the questions well, but then my communication with the recruiter fell off the face the face of the planet. I understand if I wasn’t selected, competitive market and economy, but it’s distasteful to not let people know. I hope they fix this for future applicants.

Why do you want to work here?
Can you give some examples of having to juggle multiple tasks/deadlines?
How do you communicate with multiple people?
I applied online. I interviewed at Long & Foster (Timonium, MD) in Dec 2022
Interview
Very odd and desperate behavior from the interviewer. Wanted me to sign an agreement before negotiating salary and went so far as to get upset at me for not signing it fast enough, when the document had errors that I wanted to correct before signing. They were not transparent about work schedule and benefits. They would give vague answers like "we can talk about it later" when asking about time off and remote working opportunities. Needless to say, I declined the offer.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Long & Foster (Bethesda, MD)
Interview
It was like chatting with family you had not seen in a while. I truly believe the broker cares about all of her agents and demonstrated that during the interview.
