Cons

Management is largely ego-driven, with little emphasis on recognizing or rewarding employee contributions. Despite a significant increase in job responsibilities, there have been no pay raises or bonuses in the past three years. While the “unlimited PTO” policy is appealing on paper, it does not compensate for the lack of financial recognition or meaningful investment in employees.
