      Pros

      Friendly employees, friendly teachers, friendly students. Employees stick together and help one another. Commuting is convenient as the college is not in central London.

      Cons

      The employees and their time are not respected - their hard work is never appreciated and they are forced to conduct tasks that are not within their job descriptions. Employees get unhappy, depressed and demotivated. No one stays there longer than a few months. We would not recommend this place to anyone.

      Pros

      I have absolutely loved working at London Tutorial College. Plenty of learning opportunities, really supportive Principal, great tutors and students. Loved the whole team and work atmosphere.

      Cons

      Can’t think of any. If it wasn’t for a change in my personal circumstances, I would have loved to stay longer. I hope to continue being associated with the college and return to work as soon as my little one is a little older.

      Pros

      Staff appreciated and rewarded for hard work; a strong sense of fairness; very approachable and empathetic principal though with high expectations; supportive and professional environment which drives quality - students and tutors really happy

      Cons

      The Principal is demanding so not a place if you are looking for an easy job and don't have high standards as you will get frustrated
