Great people, great benefits, many opportunities for advancement, management is open and listens to everyone, owner cares so much about his employees and their families, the overall culture and dynamic is like a family.

No cons and I've been there almost 10 years. We worked from home for over a year during the pandemic... going back for a couple of days a week soon. Wish we had the opportunity to continue working from home full time, but it's understood to continue our culture.

Cons
Not really a con since I am not experienced enough yet,.. but I just hope their pay increases match what is being offered in the open market as I progress in experience, I would stay here for life as long as I am not missing out on any financial opportunities that would help make my life more secure.
Great corporate culture. Everybody above me in the chain of command, including the owner, is intelligent and treats people with respect. I wish that I had come here 20 years earlier. They invest in their people rather than treating us as number.

Employment is mostly limited to the Cincinnati area, which is fine for me.
