Pros
- Flexible Hours (overall) - Physical Work - Good Coworkers - Somedays you get to work by yourself and some days you see a lot of people - Easy
Cons
- Constant change that makes the job more difficult without extra compensation - Pay is not good enough for the work you are doing. While I do classify this as a pretty easy and mindless job, you are outside during all season and temperatures, you are climbing ladders and squeezing into tight spaces, and climbing over vehicles while in a confined space. - If you are in a shift lead position you are constantly getting into trouble for others mistakes. - Management is constantly emailing, calling, and texting you when you aren't at work to either cover shifts or to talk about things that are work related. - The job itself is full of people with poor work ethic because of the low amount of applicants and the only real requirements are being able to get to work and being interested. - Expected to work overtime frequently. - Hard to plan for life outside of work as you never truly know when your day will be done. - Management disregards safety concerns or even just general concerns that you may have. - Company clearly does not care for their employees
