In my time there, we never received any GSC or GA data to actually know what results we were delivering for the customers. It's essentially a content mill agency that prioritizes how many words a content writer writes rather than giving them fewer projects but more ownership of outcomes. It creates a race of "i churn out more words" to get a better raise
