- Good opportunities for career growth and advancement - Good benefits (Unlimited pto, 401k match, health insurance, remote friendly) - Stock options - The people are fun and caring and make the job more enjoyable - The market and company are growing rapidly
Cons
- The pay is not updated with the current market conditions (although I expect that is being addressed) - Certain departments have had a lot of turnover recently - Growing pains associated with the rapid growth - Some of the managers aren’t great at managing (good people without the experience to manage effectively)
