Pros

Location BEWARE: "Never have high expectations or sustainability from a company that does not own or have their logo on the building"

Cons

LogicForce Consulting, LLC is a very very small consulting agency that has based their business around managed IT services for Law firms. One issue that LogicForce Consulting, LLC has is that their rent is really high which cuts into their profits, and causes their employee compensation to range 40 - 50k a year. Upper management is also out of touch with employees and the company morale is low. LogicForce also expects employees to work long hours without adequate compensation. The company also lacks cultural diversity as well; however Gulam is the exception, but at any rate that speaks volumes. High turn over rate, ie "Consultant".

Motivated, skilled professionals supporting their clients and one another through challenges of all sorts and sizes.

Cons

Sometimes the fully remote nature of the job leaves me wanting to be more in tune with the overall organization.

Pros

If you are looking for a company that will allow you to learn and grow in the Information Technology field this is the perfect company. I have worked for a few MSP's and this is the only one that has an unbeatable training program. They paid for a week of training so I could take a week off of work, take the training and then pass the test to get the certificate. Most companies will just pay for the certificate test and not any professional training. If you are coming from a MSP you are probably used to dealing with multiple clients in different industries. LogicForce only deals with one type of client, Law Firms. At first you might wonder why they would only go after one market, but since they only target the one market they are incredibly familiar with how Law Firms operate and the software that they use which allows LogicForce to provide an extraordinary level of support. If you worked for a Law Firm would you rather call a company that knows a little bit about the software you use or call a company that knows everything about the software you use and exactly how you use it? I absolutely love working here, the benefits are great and we aren't crammed in tiny cubicles. Our documentation is fully organized so you don't have to worry about not being able to find information that you would need to do your job. Management is very good here, they definitely take the time and listen to your ideas and they have a wonderful open door policy.
