Pros

A ton of work to do and will keep you constantly busy researching problems on your own. Some coworkers very educated and can help with certain issues. Work with high end clients such as Lawyers and Law Enforcement.

Cons

Consistently working over 60+ hours and on call 24/7 with no added incentives or pay. No time for lunch or breaks. Overloaded with too many clients for a single person. Management very distant with employees and it is a sink or swim environment. Worked almost 2 months and never had time for lunch breaks on 10 hour long work days. Pay was much lower than competitors but they promise the world to new employees. Pay should have been double to account for the amount of hours they require employees to work. Company charges clients an over inflated rate for minimal coverage and service. Owner makes a ton of money while the employees make peanuts. Highly dissatisfied with this company and was a complete mistake to work for.

Motivated, skilled professionals supporting their clients and one another through challenges of all sorts and sizes.

Cons

Sometimes the fully remote nature of the job leaves me wanting to be more in tune with the overall organization.

Pros

If you are looking for a company that will allow you to learn and grow in the Information Technology field this is the perfect company. I have worked for a few MSP's and this is the only one that has an unbeatable training program. They paid for a week of training so I could take a week off of work, take the training and then pass the test to get the certificate. Most companies will just pay for the certificate test and not any professional training. If you are coming from a MSP you are probably used to dealing with multiple clients in different industries. LogicForce only deals with one type of client, Law Firms. At first you might wonder why they would only go after one market, but since they only target the one market they are incredibly familiar with how Law Firms operate and the software that they use which allows LogicForce to provide an extraordinary level of support. If you worked for a Law Firm would you rather call a company that knows a little bit about the software you use or call a company that knows everything about the software you use and exactly how you use it? I absolutely love working here, the benefits are great and we aren't crammed in tiny cubicles. Our documentation is fully organized so you don't have to worry about not being able to find information that you would need to do your job. Management is very good here, they definitely take the time and listen to your ideas and they have a wonderful open door policy.
