mental harassment by boss dont listen to employee, nothing to had with employee whatever happen to them negative attitude of the boss he thinks as he is running a shop not a company as hiring is done when there is a season like diwali and firing is done as soon as the diwali over,the owner thinks that he is hiring a labour. He will take work from then till he need whether it is for 15 days or 24 days or 6month or 2years and then will throw out of the shop when his motive is completed. Lol..Pros taking time Nothing for the employee except termination.
