      Pros

      My colleagues are all have good technical expertise and experience. There is a steady stream of new projects with interesting technical challenges.

      Cons

      After 18+ months the new C level management is still trying to understand the nature of the contract services business. The new leadership is still trying to determine what behaviors are valued from it' s technical employees.

      Pros

      When working here, I was constantly challenged and grew a lot in my career, but most of this was self imposed. If you enjoy free reigns and are self disciplined this will work perfectly for you. The people make this company what it is.

      Cons

      There is no direction and no communication. If you are looking for guidance I would recommend looking at a place with more structure.
