I've been working at LogiGear for a number of years, small staff in US, much larger in Asia. Like the culture and the small company environment allows an individual to grow faster and take on as much responsibility as you want. Company works on interesting technical projects for some of the major corporations.

Company is somewhat understaffed currently which can increase workload, however the company is currently hiring.
