The processes the team has in place help enable you so you get to write a lot of code. Feedback is readily available and the team is constantly trying out new technologies and techniques. Little to no judgement. * Despite the dev community in NWA being small Lofty participates in a lot of local events and they are well known in the community. * Good leadership
