Pros
Startup feel with typical perks like stocked fridge, N64 etc if you're into that
Cons
You can't make money here. They'll put you through a three week unpaid training regimen and promise riches, but you'll soon realize it's all smoke & mirrors. As the old adage rings true - if it sounds too good it likely is. They over-promise and under deliver. Expect extreme (and I mean EXTREME) micromanagement and lengthy delays in getting paid. Prepare to be spoken to condescendingly as you abide by their strict policies hoping to cash that commission check, whenever they choose to issue it. I've worked for other brokerages before, and it's 100% clear that Loftey doesn't get it. Agents drive revenue, and Loftey won't recognize this. They churn and burn, hiring dozens of unqualified agents a month with hopes to "scale", but they miss the mark by failing to recognize and acknowledge talent within their current team. I could go on an on. On paper, Loftey is great. I had high hopes being a part of their mission, and don't take this review as an attack on them. They're simply confused and misguided about managing their most valuable assets; agents.
