- Individual sales managers drive the company and the Products; Major Product decisions are taken without considering the revenue or gross margin impacts - Though scalable the tech stack is completely unreliable and has very high outages and nagging fundamental technical issues - Senior management does not have the pedigree to scale a high growth product company; They lack vision for scaling from 1-100 or beyond - Geo-expansions are planned without revenue / long term healthy financial backing - Work Life Balance is a myth - HRs don't have processes & indulge in Hire and Fire rule - Improper financial handling - Shaky customer support
