      Pros

      -Employees are great. Some of the brightest and most creative people I've come across. -Casual dress is a nice perk. -Working from home

      Cons

      -Management has 0 direction. The CEO likes to give the illusion that he is open-minded, cool, and easy to talk to. None of that is true at ALL. He likes to be in control of everything at all times, despite not having a strong background in any particular skill. - One of the most tenured employees sits at his desk and watches YouTube videos all day. Legitimately all day. Not even sure what his true role with the company was

      Pros

      Management is very flexible with employee needs and really cares about work life balance. They do their best to listen to employee concerns and fix issues. The culture is very much a "work family" one where everyone will pitch in to help you out if you need it. I loved working here. It was one of the best jobs I ever had.

      I really don't have anything negative to share about my time at Local Wisdom.
