The main con I have to report is being called out of the blue and given a 30 day notice of being let go. After nearly 2 years working here, and being told repeatedly that I was doing an amazing job, the current Chief Sales Officer (as of 2022) offered nothing more than a "thank you, your services are no longer needed." Meanwhile, the CEO was organizing an international retreat for a workforce of ~40 - and yet I was not even offered any $$ as severance. They knew I had a family and new mortgage.
