      Great organisation, wonderful people good progression IF you get in with the right sort. Very decent pay FANTASTIC CEO who clearly has integrity.

      Cons

      Some directors lack experience in team management, overlook legislation, willingly and knowingly overwork teams and play favourites. One in particular lies to cover the self.

      Most colleagues are wonderful and a pleasure to work with.

      Cons

      If you are looking to develop a career in local government, then don't join as a PSO. There is very limited career development or progression. Issues with Senior Leadership as well, not understanding how the organisation is run to do a restructure.
